SESSION AGREEMENT

SHOOT SESSION: Client is guaranteed their arranged shooting time.

PAYMENT: Once your form is submitted pricing will be discussed. Payment for all sessions must be received before any pictures are released.

SCHEDULING: Please make all photo shoot request at least a week in advance in order for arrangements to be made.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client must arrive on time for their shoots. The Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Alan Mombrun.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
